We bought a 2018 GMC 2500HD and they beat everybody else’s prices, we drove 4 hours and it was worth it, and the experience was awesome with these guys, next time we buy a new vehicle will definitely be at Courtesy Automotive Center. There was a time I felt great about bringing in my Sierra. I felt bad doubting Rhonda at the time but TC reassured us that the diagnosis was correct, in no time James was bringing our truck back up. Apparently it was something minor but time consuming and he refused to accept that a new part had failed. We’ve been back and noticed these three aren’t around let alone much of the original folks we had talked with.
Zero communication and very rude staff in the service center. Don't bother calling to ask for an update on your vehicle, because you will be treated as if you are the biggest annoyance to them. I am contemplating picking my car up and taking it elsewhere. Starting over with a new mechanic would more than likely get me some answers quicker than the 4 days it has been sitting there. It is really too bad that this is the only Volvo mechanic in town.
This place has been the worse starting over 10 years ago. Hoping the new owner would make it better but it is worse. They have screwed so many people I know over and over. Denied my warranty claim on my Cadillac cause I didn’t buy from them then taking a 10400.00 cash deposit in a truck that they couldn’t get in the time they stated and no communication and no return of a large deposit for weeks.
