I absolutely love the concept of having a student run restaurant. The food is great and the service is amazing.
We had lunch today that featured an African buffet. The students did a fabulous job. The food and service was fantastic. The view of the city was breathtaking.
The pumpkin soup was awesome as was the Boar Casserole. Can't beat the views
The staff are students, always with positive attitudes and helpful. The food is prepared and presented well. I've learned to enjoy a wider variety of dishes thanks to this restaurant. The chefs who are the instructors/professors are the best.
My AAUW Ethnic Dine-Out group and guests chose the French cuisine day at Ivy Tech Culinary School yesterday for our May outing. My escargot puff pastry and cauliflower steak were only outdone by this delicious creme brûlée. Those who ordered the Pavlova were threatening to lick their plates. What troopers—shortly after we placed our order, a construction worker at the “dig” way below us knocked out a transformer cutting the electricity.
