Great experience overall. Azad was professional, clear, and very helpful throughout the process. Communication was smooth, and he made everything easy to understand. Highly recommended.
My advice will be to avoid at all cost based on my experience. First, extremely low prices even sometimes as low as 45p per mile especially during the late afternoons/early evenings. Owner drivers are exploited by those who post jobs as they are often paid below the minimum wage (calculated based on the extremely low rates). CX is doing nothing about it. Worst service and no rules in the business at first they give you some wrong instructions, then when they take the money they don't know who you are and don't answer you when necessary
Cx app was amazing and easy to use They’ve changed it to a new version and it’s such a hard work to use the app now ! Not sure why keep changing things
