They're not professional, not replying to emails, not returning calls , and I didn't send my application for the landlord. They broke the ethical Conduct.
Moved out of my property due to multiple faults not being fixed months after being reported at an inspection. Tried to retain half my deposit after moving out for a cleaning service which is double what other local firms charge. Whenever you call they claim they are unavailable until you say you are happy to hold and all of a sudden they are free to talk. Use of anti-semitic language by staff member when trying to query unjustified deductions from my deposit. Do Not Use
Countrywide (Matthew Baker) was extremely helpful with a difficult situation which required tact and clear advice. Slater Hogg Stirling have also been very helpful regarding the matter. It is very supportive to have a good agent to advise and assist the landlord when things do not run smoothly. Thanks to everyone who helped me resolve the matter , especially to Matthew.
I gave notice of a few issues that I had with my flat online and then received a call from Konrad Slawinski. Konrad dealt with everything and made sure I was always kept up to date. All issues are fixed and with no disruption to myself. I high recommend the service that I have received and I would also like to give special thanks to Konrad for the efficient nature he dealt with everything.
Im trying to contact you as one of ur properties above me is flooding my flat! The bathroom ceiling burst due to the amount of water! Ive had an indoor waterfall on my bathroom! I have called the number and it doesnt matter which option i press it hangs up. My landlord cant fix my ceiling until you get a plumber out to YOUR property and stop the leak!
