We ordered a stair Lift from Countrywide Mobility and they showed exceptional professionalism and courtesy when our circumstances changed. I would definitely recommend them.
Prompt efficient service. Very knowledgeable about maintenance of wheelchairs/scooters. Help dealing with insurance claims. Excellent customer liaison.
Excellent business. Great customer service that doesn't end with the sale. I have used them for about 3 years now and if I have any problems or questions they respond quickly and are very friendly and helpful. I Couldn't recommend the whole team enough.
UPDATE (6 months later…) Once again, the team at Countrywide have been great. The wheelchair (mentioned below) developed some annoying noises fairly soon after we bought it - the wheels squeak on smooth surfaces (which means in most shops) and it makes an odd sound on tarmac each time the wheels turn one rotation. Lee tested some other chairs and it turns out that almost all of them have wheels made of the same compound and will squeak like ours. I needed to hire a wheelchair at the last minute for a few days, Countrywide were able to provide one immediately for a really reasonable price. Staff were helpful and understanding. I would highly recommend
