Had a delivery Monday morning, was sent the wrong size panels . Wednesday 11am still waiting for them to be changed . After being told Tuesday afternoon. Then that was cancelled because of a technical issue lol .
I had a delivery of fencing materials and bulk compost in April, and another of ballast and cement today. Both times I got exactly what I ordered, and the delivery drivers could not have been more helpful, doing their utmost to position the deliveries exactly where I needed them to minimise the work for me later. Brilliant service.
Not a very good experience dealing with Country Supplies at all. Happy with quality of their products (we had porcelain slabs plus MOT type 1 and sand & cement) but customer service and willingness to help has been shocking. Attitude on the phones from staff members has been poor. During my original order their sales team ‘calculated’ how much type 1 I would need and were significantly over - 3.5 tonne bags over - refused to return or refund when I called to tell them their estimate was a long way out. As a ‘DIY’er who lives in a small cul-de-sac, I can’t recommend these guys enough, an absolute pleasure to deal with from sales team, to yard crew and delivery drivers (who have been totally un phased and helpful getting the stuff in), everyone has been brilliant and made it incredibly easy.
