Andy responded very promptly to phone calls and text and is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. He was able to reassure us and acted swiftly and effectively. I can home after a few days away to find evidence of a rat in my kitchen - chewing at doors and furniture. I contacted Andy and he came the next day - very helpful, professional service. Searched for possible sites of entry and set traps, and the next day the rat was caught and removed. Andy kept an eye on things over the next few days, and permanently filled the presumed entry site. Great service, prompt and good communication action, couldn't rate it too highly. Huge relief to get it sorted so quickly. Many thanks
