Been meaning to wright a review for a many months, Simon went above and beyond for us, he not only answered all my silly questions as a first time buyers. I was renting my place out and went around the agencies , they were all too expensive, it would work out two months of my receiving rent which wasn’t fair! Went to Simon and the gave me a very competitive rate which was incl vat still less than a month’s rent. Paul found me a great tenant after 10 days waiting which is really quick. I was even away when it happened and this guys handled everything in my absence . Thank you for everything .
