We booked a suite. The description stated our room had separate living area and slept 6 people; featuring two queen beds and a pull out couch, with two rooms. We requested an early check in, as we had people coming in from the airport. We also asked for a cot, to be placed in the room. When we got to the hotel, to check in, we were told we would have to check in after 1pm, but the room may still not be ready. Poor check in experience. Noise from hallway and other rooms prevented good sleep. Room lacked some basic features, such as a suitcase stand. We would not stay here again.

The room is very clean, the front desk person that checked me in was very nice and professional, however the attendant that was there in the evening when I can down for the wifi password was very short with me!
They have been great to me. My room was cleaned and got fresh towels without asking. They cared about my needs.
The front desk clerk was very rude.,he told my niece the police would be called if her kids where loud before she even checked in her room, we could barely sleep with all the noise coming from other rooms .
