Perfect place to stay for a long weekend getaway.
Stay away at all cost. Rude, incompetent arrogant, and conniving management & staff. There are plenty other hotel options in the area. Weather business or vacation this hotel is not worth the hassle. Spend your money elsewhere. I stay in over 90 hotels a year, this is one of the worst.
Very rude staff!!! Maybe look into some customer service classes..especially the girl at front desk..
We had a great time , clean rooms , great pool time, and real plates and silverware for breakfast, wide variety of breakfast items. This is the 3rd time we've stayed there , so convenient to Henry Ford Museum , will stay there again , for sure!!
The female front desk clerk was not very nice. She was really condescending. The male clerk was a little better. The pool area said pool and spa but was only a pool so was misleading. The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was just ok.
Got to the hotel, they had cancelled our reservations. We got there around 12 midnight, but didn't get in a room until 2:30am. Clerk unknowledgeable about his job, and didn't know how to address our issue. The next day breakfast service was very rude, didn't want to do their job, very lazy, but the weekend breakfast service was great, nothing was running out, very clean. The hotel is beautiful, but need more training with some of the employees.
