Overall cleanliness and comfort was great! But the front desk and management could improve a whole lot. I'm having an extremely hard time retrieving a Samsung Tablet my grandson left behind in the hotel. The front desk receptionist lied stating that she would have to wait for the head housekeeper to come back before they could give out any info, on the tablet. Then when the head housekeeper called, she swore she would check the room and call... she never called... and oh the tablet was tracked to this location!!! All this af... read more

Terrible time here. I recommended this place based on a walk thru a week before my daughters weddingand the fact that it was built a few years ago. Big mistake. We had 6 rooms total for people from as far away as Seattle. That night, my guests returned to their rooms to find no power, but they were assured it would be an hour. Power was still not restored by 1100 am the next day. No lights in the rooms, no TV, no working pool, no elevator. My aging Uncle, who uses a cane had to be helped up three flights of stairs. The next ... read more

I stayed one evening (Friday night to Saturday) and the hotel was very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable with ample space. My only complaint would be with other guests slamming doors against the door latch early in the morning. Primarily teenagers moving from room to room with no key. Soft close doors would really help!

It was a $60 or so room at best, not $190 or so. Breakfast looked and tasted like lukewarm garbage, phone kept randomly ringing once or twice all night, and walls/floors seemed paper thin. Do yourself a favor, go across the street to Red Roof...

This is the worst hotel my family has ever stayed in. In fact, we checked out a day early. Both nights we were woken up to slamming doors and people above us walking like a herd of elephants. The walls and ceiling are paper thin because you can hear everything. To close our room door, you had to slam it. We found someone's contact lens on the floor of our bathroom. I could go on and on.

The one we didn't care for was in Fond du Lac, WI. Most other Country Inn & Suites have been just fine with us. What prompted this response to the Fond du Lac site was the lack of attention in cleaning our room. We had a three night stay and the room was only partially cleaned each night. The mirror in the bathroom wasn't cleaned from any water drops; we had to go to the front desk to get another roll of toilet paper; the bed wasn't properly made up on the 3rd, day (I took a picture of it, but apparently cannot post it on th... read more
