. Very unprofessional Assistant Management (Tony). Wouldn’t satisfy my needs. Arrived Thursday night from the airport at 9:30 and I called the hotel and said I need a shuttle bus they said it was not in service at 9 o’clock. The website says the shuttle runs from 9 AM to 10:30 PM. They wouldn’t refund my cab bill. The TV wasn’t working The phones wasn’t working to call the front desk, hair dryer wasn’t staying on the wall the base if it was falling off wall.
