The accommodations were really nice and employees were helpful and friendly! However the extreme nagging of being quiet was annoying! I can understand it is a family friendly environment however nothing was said to the hockey players that were practically blocking hallwas practicing their hockey and going up and down elevatos! What is fair for one should be fair for all
We've stayed at this property several times because the rooms and location are excellent for the price. Our only issue was with the bathroom. The toilet seats are that plastic which can move/pinch if you're not careful. The shower/tub is elevated and the tub bottom is very slippery. I had to put a towel down out of fear of slipping. Otherwise, everything was excellent.
This is my favorite Country Inns & Suites by far! The view of the lake is great! I love the modern esthetics of the place! JJ's, which is attached to the hotel is a fun place to hang out! I will definitely stay here again when I'm in town!
It is a beautiful place and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Staff SO helpful and sweet. Very toddler friendly. One of the best hotel stays of my life and I admit I'm hard to please. Hallways a little chilly? But room toasty warm and in hotels defense it was nasty cold outside. We'll be be returning for sure. Front desk (leeann?) AMAZING!
Very unpleasant experience for my husband and I, when we stayed here in the end of October 2016. The employee at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. We ended up going without Wi-Fi for most of the evening, because the password we were given was incorrect, and the front desk would not help. The room was not very clean.
