Very clean, modern and comfortable. Lake view is outstanding. Lakeside patio is convenient for relaxing as is the hot tub and pool.
2 minor issues black mold was present in the grout on the tub and the air conditioning seemed to drain onto the floor
It was a lovely hotel in a good location....until 0730 in the morning and they had ran out of egg omelettes ....now it is only ok if nothing else is available...:)
Nice view of lake bemidji. Rooms a bit small but clean and good good service.
Beautiful place to stay & as for the customer service I can't say enough, my company executives come to town & Ashly Stevens was extremely helpful & accommodating to get us set up for direct billing & gave us an amazing rate! Best place to stay in Bemidji I highly recommend it to my family & friends or anyone visiting this area!
I just recently stayed for 3 nights with the group, the Minnesota Women of Today, We had excellent service, it was cool to see our organization logo done in chalk at the entry and David was also very helpful on the first overnight and so was Rachel. I'll definitely stay there again. The breakfast area was also very well taken care of during the morning time. Thank you.
