So, not good. I’m a decorated Marine on my way through from a fishing trip. I booked a king sweet. Unfortunately tonight around 11:20 pm, I heard someone trying to break in my room. I walked up and someone with a butter knife was trying to unlock the door. Obviously not good on my end of the door. I opened it to confront who it was and it turned out to be a staff member telling me to turn down my tv. Everyone was so nice! Everything was very clean! Breakfast was the bomb!
Do not stay here if you’re w/ any sporting team. The management is very unfriendly and does not cater to teams. We were being very quiet in the lobby and still got kicked out. Terrible customer service. If you’re going to shut down your hotel, give an alternative to your guests that travel 4 hours to stay at your hotel. Especially when there are less expensive alternatives close by. Bad decision to stay here.

I and my Family were racially profiled and mistreated for the color of our skin. When you’re a paying customer, you expect to be treated well by hospitable and welcoming staff. The front desk clerk kept referring to my son as a girl even after I politely corrected her the first time. I was singled out and treated like I wasn’t paying for my room like everyone else. I cannot say enough nice things about our stay! My boyfriend and I were a little bummed because our trip to Disney had to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, so we took a weekend trip to Bemidji. When the staff found this out, they filled our room with balloons and Disney coloring books, just to make things a little more magical! It was incredibly sweet and shows that they really do care about their guests. There was a nice note left in our room about being able to find magic anywhere you go. They were right!
