I’ve been here since I was a child and it’s sad to see the quality of service deteriorate over time. No longer about care of patients only about how quick we can get this appointment done.

Saw Sejil Karim today for an annual check, thorough as usual and takes the time to explain things without rushing, I would highly recommend.
Just a checkup which took no more than10 minutes plus friendly chat. Cost me £77, which works out at £462 per hour. E£30 for the checkup would have been reasonable. I'd have paid more if expert treatment had been needed.
