I made a 10AM appt for an oil change and arrived 5 minutes early. I got a 60-90 minute estimate. When I arrived after 90 minutes they hadn't even started yet. No respect for other people's time. AVOID!!!

Generally I have had excellent service. I just bought the second Prius and the sale went very smoothly. I am disappointed with the high rate of turnover in the upfront people in the Service Department. Seems like new faces every time I show up for service. Is there a reason for the high turnover?

We received great service today at Coughlin Toyota. We just purchased a new vehicle and Laci and the rest of the staff was great. Everyone was professional and took the time to make our purchase a pain free experience. I look forward to returning for future purchases.
