Hell noooo, They manipulate labor cost in order to give you a AAA discount or any other discount. That’s why they want to know upfront if you have any discounts or coupons. Last time I had service there they try to do this to me and we’re going to refund me $100 and I never did get the money. I also tried to buy three Toyotas there and I asked them what kind of deal they would give me and all they do is quote “sticker price”🙁 i’ve been a off and on customer for service for 18+years and this did it for me I am done done done... read more

great place. very friendly people. Kevin was great. he didn't try to talk us into something we didn't want or need and the process fun and enjoyable as we was waiting on financing to come back. would deff recommend.i even the finance department 5 stars. first time I was pushed and tried to be persuaded into buying extended warranty or gap. he jjst strictly asked once and done. can't recommend them enough. after being screwed around for months looking for a vehicle it was nice to have such a easy and enjoyable experience.
