Great customer service! Tyler, Kevin and Shawn were very helpful with our purchase of a new Highlander. They didn’t have the color I wanted. They worked hard finding one at another dealership that same day. Will definitely buy from them again.

Took my daughter's Highlander to have new computer flashed for keys and security system. 5 hours and $147 dollars and was told that they couldn't do it. Barely made it home, wouldn't shift and ran terrible. Had to get a new "New" computer. Had a guy come to me and 15 minutes and $50 Running and shifts perfect.

Hi Paul - I have had the chance to speak with the service manager. They had discussed, with you, that the part you brought in to try to fix the issue was not a Toyota part and that there would be a very good chance the part would not work with the car. However, we all agreed we would try the part but we would have to charge for the diagnostic fee either way. Unfortunately, we tried for 4-5 hours to make your part work in the car but, since it was not a genuine Toyota part, we could not get it to work.
My son found the car he wanted we talked to Ben Parks at 1:00 he couldn't send in the paperwork to the bank until another customer came in to purchase the car at 5:40. Then conveniently the car was sold. Ben Parks couldn't even call to tell us I heard it from our bank. Ben Parks if you didnt want to sell the car to us you should have said it was sold we wouldn't have wasted our time driving back and forth from Zanesville to Newark signing paperwork that you didn't send till it was too late.

Huge shout out to Tyler for always coming thru for us. Long story short, we purchased a used GMC Thru Tyler at the Toyota store had some early issues with it and took it to Coughlins GM store and they had it for 10 days could not get anyone to return my calls. Made a few calls to Tyler they went to get the vehicle and brought it back to there location and had it ready for me the next day. So to Tyler and the crew at Coughlin Toyota of Heath Thank you all!
