My husband and I purchased a Toyota Sienna from here yesterday, and it was an AMAZING experience. Everyone was so helpful, they gave us all the info up front, and got us out as quickly as possible so we could make the long treck back home. This is the second time we've purchased from a Toyota dealership, and both times the transactions were so smooth and straight forward. Thanks for a GREAT New Years Eve, guys!!

Anna, I am very sorry to hear about this mix-up. It doesn't happen often, but it does happen from time to time, and we always feel awful, as the client can't do anything but feel like they are stuck in the middle. People watch out for over charging! The service department started at $50.00. Then it went to $100.00. When we got there they tried to charge $157.00. If I hadn't had the call recorded I wouldn't have had them forced to honor what they said. Oh.. and how can a Toyota dealership not be able to get into a Toyota vehicle? I called a tow truck driver and he went to their dealership and got in the vehicle in less than three minutes. Toyota service said tow trucks do that all the time. My wife and I didn't get a car from them but they were very helpful and friendly. Would not hesitate to buy from them in the future.
Overall it was fantastic. The team was so easy to work with and took the stress out of buying a new vehicle. I would highly recommend Coughlin Toyota. Working with Matt Dillon and Ben Parks was an absolutely delightful and enjoyable experience.
