Couch and Hammond Dentistry is the best without doubt. The doctors and the staff are awlays upbeat, positive and professional. Upon entering their door, you know that this is not your typical dental office. I always leave the office having learned more about my dental health, feeling good about life and the day.
I was so nervous, I haven't been to the dentist in over three years! Chris was great and explained everything to me as she was going, it didn't hurt a bit! And the ladies at the front were so helpful. Now the tough part, getting my husband to go! Haha!
Dr. Couch and his staff are amazing! The new office down in The Palladio is awesome, they have message chairs that helped keep me relaxed while I was having my teeth worked on. Dr. Couch and his staff were very clear in explaining to me the dental care I needed, and it was done at a very affordable price.
Staff at all levels are professional in the best sense of the word. Their services are appreciated by my husband and myself.
The billing got botched - I had to come back to get it right...Otherwise, wonderful staff, and great hygienist.
