I had an absolutely terrific experience at this dental office. The ease of making an appointment online, the fantastic communication with Stacey in the front office, and the friendliness and thoroughness of my hygienist Crystal, and Dr. Hammond: it was all above and beyond what I have experienced anywhere else.

Not sure which procedure you are referring to. I will go with Dr Hammonds discussion on the crown. He said it could be all done on Thursday. On Thursday I found out that it would be two more weeks. Had I known in advance I would not have done the procedure as I was not having problems and the extended timing messed with my future plans. It is important to let your customers know the whole story.
Dr Couch and staff are incredible and caring.
