Every member of the staff was wonderful--kind, gentle, and concerned for my comfort.
Thank you so much for your kind, patient treatment. I was very anxious before my appointment and left feeling much better about my further treatment. I had my root canal completed today and was again treated well by the endodontist that you recommended. I am (kinda) looking forward to my next appointment at your office.
The appointments are always, or nearly so, on time, customer service is the best. Always friendly, knowledgeable people who treat theirs customers with respect.
I have been going here for over 20 years and have total faith in Dr. Couch and his practice. Even though I have moved to Penn Valley I will still travel to be cared for by these people.

The crew always goes the extra mile...and with a smile. I was impressed with everyone in your office as always. Trust when I say that for most of my life a dentist's office is the last I would want to be. Not so for Couch and Hammond. My only beef is the temperature. I was so cold that I went out to wait in my car so I could crank up the heater. How about upping the temperature one teeny. tiny degree? Love you all!
Fantastic Dental Service and staff! They are highly professional and ready to answer any questions you may have about your care. In addition, they helped relieve any stress you may have about your examination by walking you through each step of the wonderful service the provide.

Awoke Thursday morning with a tooth ache...only had one other ache 20 years ago. Called the office at 9:00AM, was there at 10:15, and the tooth was extracted near 11:00AM. I feel extremely grateful to be "worked in", on a very busy day....it's four days later, and I feel great, thanks to Dr. Couch, plus the technical and administration staff.
