I did refer my daughter and her husband. Dental work was done and then they were told that there insurance wasn't taken. So they put had a pretty hefty bill and they're young family with two kids and they have great insurance. He's a CHP and she's a stay-at-home mom so it was kind of a bummer.
Had to wait 30 minutes after appt time. My brother Kyle got in on time at 3pm and he had to wait 45 minutes for me to be done. (we share a car) We never made is to soccer practice at the PHS
Took the time to explain exactly what I needed to do to address an issue. Really appreciate not feeling rushed or like I'm in a dental factory. I would definitely recommend Couch and Hammond to anyone.

My appt was at 1:30, just for x-ray and find out what I need . Left at 3:00 best dentist appt ever. Staff and Dr. Hammond made you very comfortable, did not try to sell you what you may not need.. A friend at work had tol me how good this dentist was and he was right.
Barbara always does an excellent job in cleaning my teeth
Dental hygienist told me she did not have time to properly clean my upper teeth or floss my teeth. She suggested I make another appointment or wait until my next six month cleaning.
Ed was very pleasent and did a very good, professional job with me! Dr. Hammond took plenty of time with me explaining treatment options.
I have had so many dental issues that I have always felt so overwhelmed and started to avoid the dentist! After my first visit with Dr. Couch I felt like for the first time in years that there was a light at the end of the tunnel and I understood what all my options were! Dr. Couch and his staff were amazing with my children's dental check ups as well!!!
