Because we no longer have dental insurance, my out of pocket costs, which were high considering the level of care I received, didn't even rate a quick visit from Dr. Couch. Last year, when I had coverage, he didn't see me either. I'm not sure just what the point of going to see the dentist is if all I rate is a rather long-winded exam by the hygenist. There is a sense of lost value when a $100 doesn't even rate the usual 5 minute look-see by the dentist. That would have cost another half a hundred. Nice work if you can get i... read more

My appt. was for a cleaning-aware that x-rays would be needed, I figured the appt. would take 1 & 1/2 hrs. or so. Well, two hours later, I didn't get my teeth cleaned. I was still being told my options for treatment which I didn't request. I could have had the cleaning then, but my patience was shot! Now, I'll have to make another appt. for the cleaning.
