Going to the dentist is my lest favorite thing to do! Dr. Bill Couch is wonderful. He knows this is an issue for me and is always calming to me. He explains things clearly and dose a fantastic job. Yesterday I had to have a tooth extracted and prep work for a bridge. In my consultation apt. he went over all of my options and helped me make the best choice for my life style and budget. I appreciate his patents and felt confident in the decision we made regarding the best treatment for this situation.
I find it difficult to make dental cleaning appointments. I work nights and receive my work schedule on a month to month basis. It has been my experience that your office is not able to meet my appointment needs. However, when it comes to procedures requiring out of pocket funds staff seems eager to find a quick, convenient appointment. In addition, I am asked to pay in advance ( a hefty lump sum.) I do not agree with paying for any procedure prior to implementation.
I am at 75 years and NEVER had such a great dentist as Dr. Bill Couch. This past visit was a last-minute "emergency" because I lost a temporary filling eating sticky candy! Dr. Couch had re cemented in a few minutes and do not charge me a dime. The entire staff is beyond courteous - they are ALL delightful people. My rating is far beyond 5 Stars!
I refer your office to peple who already have a dentist. love you guys
Experience was great. Barb is my favorite hygienist, she does a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and explaining what I should be doing. Also got to meet Dr. Jason Couch, very nice and helpful.
The staff are always on their "A" game. The offices are immaculately clean and the service is always of the highest caliber.
