Fail to repair anything. Sewage left leaking outside our kitchen window, double glazed windows are all faulty and even missing glass, black mould growing due to inadequate heating and fitted oven doesn’t function. Avoid these cowboys and rent from someone else
The property was advertised & let to me. It wasn’t ready for months! I had to pay for temporary accommodation. By the time the house was ready it wasn’t decorated up to a good standard. But at this point I had no choice to move in. Fast forwards to moving out, the agency made massive deductions to my deposit for no good reason.
