Robin and the team are experts at installing wood flooring. On both occasions we have used them, everything has gone like clockwork and the finished result has been excellent. We would have no hesitation in recommending Cotswold wood floors.
We have just had wood flooring installed in our living and dining rooms and we are delighted with the result. Robin was exceptionally helpful, attentive and flexible throughout the process. The fitter Pete is a skilled and meticulous craftsman who takes a real pride in his work and gets every last detail right. And Matt who helped us with lifting the carpets and furniture moving could not have been more helpful. It has been a real pleasure dealing with the company.
Don't bother with the 'big box' stores, this is the place to come to for your wood floor, Robin is extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He can tailor the flooring solution to your budget. Be patient if you can't get hold of him straight away, he is very hands on throughout the whole process, so is often out of the store. His recommended fitter (Pete) does a great installation job.
We have just had our flood fitted with cotswold wood floors, Robin is fantastic, very knowledgeable and proffesional and truely passionalte about his work. The customer service is outstanding, our family has used this company a few times and will definately be using him again in our future projects. Pete the fitter is phenomenal, such attention to detail and excellent quality of work. Highly reccomend this duo for a high quality flooring service that feels very much personalised with fantastic customer satisfaction rate.
Just had oak flooring installed in hallway and living room. Looks great! Had really good experience dealing with Robin from our initial enquiry through to final installation. Very knowledgeable and professional approach advising on the pros and cons of different underlays and wood finishes. Pete the fitter also provided a very friendly and professional and clean service.
