We have just had our flood fitted with cotswold wood floors, Robin is fantastic, very knowledgeable and proffesional and truely passionalte about his work. The customer service is outstanding, our family has used this company a few times and will definately be using him again in our future projects. Pete the fitter is phenomenal, such attention to detail and excellent quality of work. Highly reccomend this duo for a high quality flooring service that feels very much personalised with fantastic customer satisfaction rate.
Just had oak flooring installed in hallway and living room. Looks great! Had really good experience dealing with Robin from our initial enquiry through to final installation. Very knowledgeable and professional approach advising on the pros and cons of different underlays and wood finishes. Pete the fitter also provided a very friendly and professional and clean service. I would highly recommend Cotswold Wood Floors. Robin is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and Pete the fitter has done a great job of installing the flooring in my higgledy-piggledy flat and making the edges look neat and tidy. The wood floor I chose was on a par, price-wise, with other wood floors I'd seen online and in B&Q and yet looks much more high-quality. We are delighted with our new oak engineered floor. It has brought our room up to the next level aesthetically and is both comfortable and warm to walk on as well as beautiful. Robin’s expertise and attention to detail were apparent every step of the way. Pete’s skill in laying the floor and finding elegant solutions to issues thrown up by our Victorian cottage were impressive. We cannot recommend the company highly enough.
