We went in wanting to compare this smaller business to larger national chains and quickly found there's no comparison. Robin knows his stuff and was really helpful in getting us the best product to fit our budget and we could not be happier with what we ended up with. Pete's installation was quick, painless, and flawless.
I would highly recommend Cotswold Wood Floors. They have a beautiful range of floors and lots of samples to help with choosing, as well as photographs of finished floors. Robin is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and I greatly appreciated his honesty, patience and the time he took to explain the different aspects of the flooring to me. We are absolutely thrilled with our new wooden flooring. Robin is extremely knowledgeable and advised us in detail about all the options available. We had different surfaces to which the floor was to be laid on and he was very helpful with what we had to do to ensure the new flooring would work, with the whole process of walking in to the shop to the final finish very smooth. Pete fitted the floor with great care and attention and did a fantastic job. This is a very professional service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
