Recently undergone surgery here the whole experience was excellent it is more informal than in hospital the care given was on a level I have not experienced before. Thank you all very much.
I came out feeling really disappointed as I felt I hadn't been listened to. It was £250 for a 30 minute appointment, of which only 17 minutes were used! I have small mark that has appeared on my wrist, it is minor but it bothers me. I have tried all the usual things to help get rid of it but no luck. I have been to my GP but obvously resources are stretched so there wasnt much she could offer me to help.
