We called Alex out recently to treat a wasps nest for us. He was very helpful from the get go and was available within a couple of days to come over. He was very professional and very quick in dealing with it for us and even found another nest that we hadn’t spotted! Efficient and reasonably price, would highly recommend and will be telling all my neighbours to use him too! Thank you!

Not great. Had a visit to assess whether I had wasps or bees in my roof. Confirmed they were bees as too early for wasp activity. Checked whether I had a ladder long enough for access to apply spray. At no time during visit was there mention of unease at tackling bees. Visit ended with comment that needed to get roof rack to bring suitable ladder. Received phone call later to say unhappy at treating bees. Unsatisfactory performance. Website should state unwillingness to treat bee nests to save unnecessary visit and charge
