Not great. Had a visit to assess whether I had wasps or bees in my roof. Confirmed they were bees as too early for wasp activity. Checked whether I had a ladder long enough for access to apply spray. At no time during visit was there mention of unease at tackling bees. Visit ended with comment that needed to get roof rack to bring suitable ladder. Received phone call later to say unhappy at treating bees. Unsatisfactory performance. Website should state unwillingness to treat bee nests to save unnecessary visit and charge
