I cannot tell you how happy and we are with our Cotswold Sauna. The order process, the planning, the flexibility on design, the delivery have all been exemplary. It has been a first class experience and an example of service excellence. Furthermore, the after care service has been excellent, with a slight tweak on the door fitting being looked at immediately. This is a business and a product that I am delighted to refer to friends as it is a stand out performer!! Huge thanks to Lauren and the team.

People buy from People…….I have found dealing with the team at Cotswold Eco Tubs great. But ultimately, it’s the product that is key and that is where they excel. It is clearly well thought out and the team seem passionate about what they have created.
