I am so grateful. I took my bike on the train to Moreton -in-Marsh to go for a ride - but the bike got bashed in the train and when l arrived l couldn’t change gear. So l walked it to Cotswold Cycles and was there when they opened at 9.30. The mechanic produced the right tool, mended it, charged me nothing, and by 9.35 l was on the road.
Very friendly staff Helped me consider what bike I would like to purchase and directed me to another Trek bike dealer who had the model in stock
A truly amazing experience, could not have done any more for me, so much help setting up a new bike, explained everything so thoroughly and well I left feeling my knowledge had been improved immensely and confident in using this knowledge too ! Many thanks would recommend highly
