I'm not one to usually write a bad review, but I couldn't let this one slide. A house got added to zoopla/rightmove on 2nd Jan, we request a viewing within an hour of it being posted, and we're immediately met with rude messages telling us that they already have a viewing so it'll most likely not be available... how do you know if the viewing hasn't even taken place? And then to tell us "you should have emailed the estate agent directly instead of enquiring on RightMove"... never heard such nonsense in my life. It seems like... read more

My family has used this family business for many years. Every visit is greeted with a smile. Insurance isn't complicated and if any assistance is required it's professionally treated. We wouldn't dream of using any other business.
