Terrible people to deal with.
As a tenant in a property managed by Cotson reddish. Mr Cotson would carry out property inspections by barging into the property using the 2nd key knowing full well what he was doing was intrusive and rude. He’s lucky matters didn’t escalate - other didn’t fare as well 😁
I'm not one to usually write a bad review, but I couldn't let this one slide. A house got added to zoopla/rightmove on 2nd Jan, we request a viewing within an hour of it being posted, and we're immediately met with rude messages telling us that they already have a viewing so it'll most likely not be available... how do you know if the viewing hasn't even taken place? And then to tell us "you should have emailed the estate agent directly instead of enquiring on RightMove"... never heard such nonsense in my life. It seems like... read more
