I went to collect my DPD parcel here on 2/1. It was available for collection from 30/12 until 5/1. They didn’t have it and couldn’t explain the fact that someone had picked it up on 31/12. Ive since learnt that the person collecting apparently showed drivers licence id. The shopkeepers told me they would always ask for the QR code also. I don’t understand how someone else could’ve picked the parcel up, but the shop/DPD have allowed it to happen. Great service
Good market with a lot of options for a quick shop. The place has great fresh vegetables, and a good variety of pantry essentials. It is also a good place if you are looking to purchase plants. Family owned and very friendly staff.
Appalling ! Took a parcel in and they scanned but didn’t give me a receipt . They were doing several peoples parcel at once . Then they refuse to look for the parcel . When I went , they lied about calling me . An absolute sham . If you have anything of any value at all do not use Kangs as a postage service .asked for the manager but staff refused to give me info .
Second bad experience collecting Evri from this shop. The same arrogant , overly aggressive and confrontational shop worker, acting like it is my fault he cannot locate my parcel in his silly sack. Your systems are awful pal!! And guess what? it’s your fault not ours! Get another job if you hate serving.
