Went into the store to collect a parcel I had delivered there, I had shown the email to say it was ready for collection with a QR code on which the shopkeeper scanned, found my parcel and checked my ID (all information was correct and matched) the shopkeeper was unable to scan the code on the parcel due to part of ink being missing.
