Very disappointing experience with Cost Cutters. On 12 January I received my order confirmation, which clearly stated that I had 24 hours to review or amend the order. Within that timeframe I emailed to correct the quantity, as the chairs are supplied in packs of four and we only required 2 packs (8 chairs total). Cost-effective resources for early years. Some of the lightwood resources may need more of a gentle hand when using them in a pack-away setting, as we found when we dropped a table whilst transporting it back to a cupboard. I, however, found a great wooden captain's support chair for our children with SEND. This was sturdy.
Beautiful equipment, delivered really fast and great customer service
Stunning items, I purchased the reading rafiki arch for my childminding setting and it looks so beautiful, so inviting for the little ones to play under as well as encourage more reading under the arch. Fantastic customer service too. They resolved the issue I had with such great communication and care. I will most definitely continue to shop here for quality products.
Do not buy from this company! Extremely poor quality furniture and refuse to accept responsibility and offer refund. I am extremely disappointed.
