I've visited Mia at Time Wellness Centre on a number of occasions due to a few running-related injuries, and cannot recommend her enough! She is professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. It's clear she truly cares about what she does and getting to the root of the problem. I always leave with a thorough understanding of the issue and a clear post-treatment plan that have always prevented the issues from returning. Time is full of welcoming and friendly faces. It has brilliant facilities and the staff to match!
I have been having treatment with Mia at Time Physio for over 3 years for routine maintenance on my neck due to degenerative disc disease. I have been having physio for the past few months with James and Stuart and can’t believe the progress that has been made. I came with a longstanding issue with my knee which I had been recommend to have surgery on. Both James and Stuart reassured me and have been so understanding and knowledgeable. My knee pain/instability has improved massively and I am so happy with the progress in such a short amount of time. Thank you both so so much !
