Pleasant experience from booking appointment to being seen on time and getting referred to the Vic where I was treated as the GP (Frances) explained.
Receptionists are unnecessarily rude and defensive. It doesn’t matter how reasonable and calm you are, if you even slightly disagree they will get defensive and mean. If my current issue isn’t resolved in the morning a complaint will be getting taken further
