This is a mess! Dog poop in every garden, dog pee on the elevator (if it's working), filthy hallway carpet, only one grill working... this is a mess!

They really care about the community. Also, the management is trying to bring the community together with events and food trucks that they bring to the complex.

The most enjoyable... (Verified Renter) The most enjoyable aspect of living at Cortland Hunter's Creek is the friendly and supportive staff who manage and maintain the facility. They are constantly striving to improve the overall resident experience here. Recently earning my renewed praises, the maintenance team at Cortland fixed a minor plumbing issue I had in less than 24 hours, complete with text notification, courtesy call, and a top-quality solution the first time. Kudos to Mickey and his maintenance team.
Cartland Hunters Creek Great place to live. The office staff is really amazing and the maintenance staff is an all star team, especially Mickey! Only downside is some of the neighbors, but overall is a nice place to live!
