The cost of... (Verified Renter) The cost of living here is expensive. I pay a lot each Month to live here but the residents treat it like garbage. Dogs urinate all over the hallway carpet and in the elevator. They are not considerate of others.

Providing the residents with social events and activities like no other place. As well as when I walk into the leasing office, I'm not just one of the residents that live here, but Im acknowledged by my name and that is something special to me.
Great place to... (Verified Renter) Great place to live. Downside is too many poor minded people that don't appreciate what it is to live like this and take care of the complex. Staff is great, diligent and kind.

Theres no drop... (Verified Renter) Theres no drop box for rent payments so dont drop payments If you dont want them to get lost/stolen. Also be careful not to make verbal agreements with the business manager because the agreement might not be honored.

When I moved... (Verified Renter) When I moved in there was an overwhelming number of knats fruit flies in my apartment. I purchased everything possible to reduce them. Before asking for help from maintenance. Also I have only been here since July 19th, but my air conditioner has already went out, requiring maintenance to come out and vacuum the air filter.
