Iiving at Cortland... (Verified Renter) Iiving at Cortland by Hunters Creek is like living in a resort. The apartments havr modern decor. The club house is also state of the art, along with a spectacular pool and barbecue after which can make anyone feel like their in a luxury hotel. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to assist.
The cost of... (Verified Renter) The cost of living here is expensive. I pay a lot each Month to live here but the residents treat it like garbage. Dogs urinate all over the hallway carpet and in the elevator. They are not considerate of others.
Cortland Hunter's Creek... (Verified Renter) Cortland Hunter's Creek staff has always been there for us, always been very polite and helpful. Providing the residents with social events and activities like no other place. As well as when I walk into the leasing office, I'm not just one of the residents that live here, but Im acknowledged by my name and that is something special to me.
