This is a mess! Dog poop in every garden, dog pee on the elevator (if it's working), filthy hallway carpet, only one grill working... this is a mess!
Business response:
Hello, We work hard to keep our community and grounds looking spectacular, so it is certainly alarming to receive this review. Our service team patrols the grounds daily to ensure that they are free of litter or pet waste. If you notice that a certain area is not receiving this attention, please come by to speak with us. We will have someone out there as soon as possible. You can reach us at CortlandHuntersCreek@cortland.com or by stopping by the office. -Your Cortland Hunter's Creek Team
