Verified Renter Cortland Hunters Creek goes up and beyond my expectations. The living conditions are very good. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. Repairs, if any, are done considerably quick. The staff is awesome. Come to Cortland Hunters Creek, there is no other quite as complete.
Verified Renter Great location. Staff is great. Things that need to get done usually get done pretty fast unlike other apartment communities. Not too expensive in comparison to others in its category. If you are able to play in this price bracket hands down the best value per dollar in the hunters creek area.
Verified Renter Looks are deceiving, lots of dog owners that do not use the receptacles and leave the dog droppings in front of your home. The grass is burned because of this and as a renter its not worth the money you pay to live sub par. Inside of the building we live in has carpet stains and is just not a very good feeling when you come inside the building. Just don't, it's not worth the money and value you're going to expect living here. Thanks for reading this.
