Verified Renter Great community! Second Cortland community Ive lived in and both have been wonderful. Team is great. Maintenance is awesome at assisting. Amenities are good as well, with bonus perk of frequent food trucks organized for residents. Proximity to many stores and restaurants, including the LOOP makes it great as well. First time Ive renewed a lease since Ive lived here for the last 6 years in FL. Reccomend!

The community is amazing the apartment itself is so beautiful and cozy with so much storage in the kitchen bathroom and bedroom. I love my apartment. I love the amenities and awesome food trucks we have every week. I love how close this is to so many shopping centers its a huge plus. I have no complaints honestly I am happy to be living here.
