Verified Renter Cortland Hunter's Creek offers great apartments/apartment living in a great location!
Verified Renter It's a fairly average apartment with average amenities. For the rent, you might be paying on the higher end. I think the apartment seems a little rushed in its construction. Overall, I'm not unhappy about my living experience, but I do expect better for what I'm paying. The office staff is incredibly friendly as well, so that's a huge plus.
Verified Renter Cortland Hunter’s Creek is a great place to live. I have been here for about 2 years and I haven’t had any major issues. Anything that has come up has been addressed in a timely manner. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10!
Verified Renter The apartments needs better maintenance and cleanliness.
Verified Renter Beautiful apartments but quality of living here is sub par.
Verified Renter If you enjoy the privacy and silence of having your own space to come home to after a long and stressful day at work, this is not the place for you. If you let your children do whatever they want, have no respect for neighbors in the community or their things, then this place is perfect for you. If you have pets but hate cleaning up after them, move here now!
