Theres no drop... (Verified Renter) Theres no drop box for rent payments so dont drop payments If you dont want them to get lost/stolen. Also be careful not to make verbal agreements with the business manager because the agreement might not be honored.

Before asking for help from maintenance. Also I have only been here since July 19th, but my air conditioner has already went out, requiring maintenance to come out and vacuum the air filter.
