This maintenance call began as a request by me to install an overhead fan in the bedroom. The staff quickly generated a proposal and the fan is now installed. You will not find a rockstar crew like this staff, management/leasing and maintenance, in a lifetime of apartment living.

So Disappointed Dont let the good looks fool you... Reaching our Lease Term, We recieve the renewal notice and They decide to raise the rent to almost $150 more a month!!! Really!! This is ridiculous.. Mind you, this was the only building finished for people to move in... What a way to keep your tenants. Especially after being a responsible tenant, never a late payment and never a complain... On the contrary, they are just kicking us out... Don't bother applying if credit score is under 600 We spent $150 applying here. We make over 4 times the rent of the unit we applied for, have no criminal record, great rental history and were declined because we have late payments on our credit report since our son fell ill and we were on one salary. We provided rental history references and the reasoning for tough times and still were declined. This company is heartless and rather have most of the building vacant than to give good people a chance. I pray for them who decid... read more
So disappointed.... I was so exited to live here..... This new apartment complex is really modern and centric, behind the Loop Kissimmee to be specific. I was one of the first residents to live here. The pool, the ''pet salon'', the ''fishing pound'' was not even done. I had to wait 6 month living here without any of this facilities... when they finally opened the mini pool without hot tub, neighbors already broke one of two grills that we have for an entire complex, garbage everywhere, DOGS INSIDE THE POOL empty beer cans f... read more
