The facilities and staff are lovely but amenities are poor. Lift's constantly go down or out, and the chutes never work. The maintenance of the facility could definitely be much much better, it's gotten worse the last few months and was actually decent when I first moved here.
The flats are nice enough, albeit drab and boring but the maintenance and management are horrible. The entire property has lost hot water (for hours at a time) seven of the last ten days! The lifts go out of service regularly, the hallway lighting fails, parking in the underground carpark is a complete nightmare of overcrowding, poor space management and nonfunctioning car chargers (only 1 of 4 works). Excellent place to live. As with any place there are issues here and there however the foundation is fantastic. Concierge staff are welcoming, informative and keen to help. Gym, office space, cinema room and lounge are nice additions which make for a warm experience. Watford itself is quite safe but we’ve had no issues here at all. Close to a Morrisons and easy enough access to town. Highly recommend but also encourage constant improvement :)
We moved into Courtland this month and love it. Becca was really helpful during our tour, she was helpful with answering our questions and is friendly and professional. The reception team is also friendly and helpful in addressing queries.
