I love living... (Verified Renter) I love living at Cortland! Jasmine, Omega, and Rachel were beyond helpful with my lease and I was able to have a fast and smooth transition. Cortland is a fun, safe, and quiet community! I am also in an amazingly convenient location to downtown. You are very close to the freeway so no traffic hopping on in the morning but you will never hear the traffic. If you move here come to the community events. They are always such a blast!

I would just... (Verified Renter) I would just like to thank the whole staff for the attention and care they show to the residents. When I first moved in, the dog park had mulch that made dogs get dirty whenever they played in the dog park. This was a problem for many pet owners. Cortland listened and replaced the mulch with an artifical turf that the dogs love. I know that this not only made all perspective dog owners happy, but the dogs themselves, as well. Shortly after I moved to this complex, Cortland took ownership. I liked it before. I LOVE it now. I needed a place to feel safe and appreciated during a major transition in my life.
