The amenities were so nice and the people were great. But it has gone through a lot of different management teams and now I have grown to hate it. (Verified Renter) Cortland Bellevue is a wonderful property the office staff is very helpful the maintenance staff is always very polite and on top of there work and always quick and very polite and informative the amenities are really nice and Im loving all the upgrades very close to downtown and convenient to get around because its right off the highway
Two thumbs up I've lived at Cortland (formerly Accent Bellevue) for about one year, and I love it. The front office staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the community is great. Very quiet and comfortable neighborhood with friendly neighbors and lots of beautiful trees and hillside views around. The apartments are great, maintenance staff is quick and polite, and the pool and gym are outstanding. I'd highly recommend living here. I have zero complaints and plan to stay here for at least another year!
