Great Community and Staff Cortland at Bellevue is nothing but amazing. From the pool to the staff. The interiors are beautiful and very large. The washer and dryers is a very nice touch! I really would like to thank the Supervisor Brandon Center for being a joy and always completing work orders on time and fast! Thank you to the staff at Cortland! Keep up the great work.
Beautiful property The property is so beautiful the office and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. The resident events are so fun and the amenities are excellent if you are looking to move to Nashville Cortland Bellevue is a beautiful property to come live and convenient to many locations.
Always friendly We love the new staff that Cortland Bellevue has brought along with them. They take the time to go above and beyond for the tenants and treat everyone like friends. It's a very positive and happy place to live. A special thank you to the maintnenece team that is constantly on top of anything we need fixed or to take the time and effort to look into past problems.
Best maintenance team! We moved here right when the units were being built and beautiful, but the previous management team was AWFUL and so was their maintenance team. When new management took over they brought on new people and I can’t say enough positive things about the team here. They truly care and are here to help in any way they can. Great place to live The office staff are always so professional and the neighborhood is great, Close to everything like shopping malls and food. Nice amenities and worth the money. I would recommend this community to friends and family.
Awesome place to live. The new management here is outstanding. Always nice going to the weekly events. Maintenance is awesome. They are always working hard. You can always count on them. Everyone here is very nice and hard working. Thanks guys keep up the awesome work. It's greatly appreciated!!!
Property and staff Been living here since January and i have to say this is one of the nicest and cleanest property I have ever seen and lived in. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and very helpful. You can clearly tell they are all about taking care of residents and there issues. They work very hard and very fast on any issue. They have excellent resident events and the amenities on property are so nice.
Cortland Bellevue I've lived at Cortland Bellevue going on 15 months now. Basically since the property opened. I'm in love with this property! Loving the new management. Of course they run into issues, being a new property and all, but make sure those issues are attended to. Don't think i'll be moving anytime soon! Strongly encourage if you're looking for a great community! :)
Great, safe apartment I love Cortland Bellevue. The sizes of the apartments are big and spacious. The kitchen is awesome and the rooms, closets, and bathrooms are all huge, which is a must for me! They’re very clean and I think it’s awesome we can leave out our trash right outside our front door and they will pick it up 5 nights a week. I live on the 4th floor so I wouldn’t want to be taking that down myself multiple times a week. I would highly recommend this place!
