Great Community I moved here in January and I have to say I love this place! The grounds are very well kept, the floorplans are amazing, and the pool area is beautiful! As for management, they are super nice and helpful. The service team is AWESOME! They are very quick to take care of any requests and are very friendly. I've even seen them helping residents move furniture and fix flat tires! You won't find customer service like that anywhere else-at least I haven't. Cortland Bellevue has... (Verified Renter) Cortland Bellevue has been a great place to live. The management team (especially Kristin) is so helpful and really takes the time to help with anything she can. The maintenance team is great and pretty responsive. The actual apartment is nice as well. While there are some issues (parking, sometimes hearing your neighbors) I feel like these are just apartment living, and compared to other places arent that bad. I would definitely recommend Cortland Bellevue!

Awesome community to... (Verified Renter) Awesome community to live in. Units are spacious and modern. Move-in ready. Community in quiet area close to shops, major highway, and about 15 min from downtown Nashville. Fairly affordable for the city Im in.
Not worth the money Vehicles have been stolen and broken into the last few weeks. The on-site management blamed the residents for not being more proactive instead of finding a better solution to prevent the issue from happening again. The "courtesy officer" does nothing and is almost never there. The property is right by the highway which makes criminal getaways quite easy. We appreciate your feedback. We are aware several auto burglaries that have been reported and have worked with law enforcement to help them with their investigation. We always try to remind residents to keep valuables out of plain site and lock their car doors. Law enforcement has told us that is what tempted thieves in these cases and we felt it important to pass that message along to our residents. Trash policy The trash policy of this place is so strict and stupid. Also, they don't allow you to opt out. I'd gladly throw away my trash myself without any fee. ~$30. They require you to put your trash out with the trash can after 6pm before 8pm 5 days a week. You have to take the can back in the apartments before 9am. In addition to that, if you have additional trash bag, you're not allowed to put it outside for them to collect! How stupid.
